Tasked with launching Peloton - the interactive fitness platform - in the UK, we landed on creating a space that mirrored the everyday places that a consumer might enjoy a Peloton ride in their own home. Having first seeded out Peloton to top tier media and influencers, we opened Peloton House to the public in the heart of Covent Garden. We carefully planned and executed an explosion of media and influencer buzz that drove an immense amount of footfall through Peloton House, with 90 bikes sold on the opening day.

The location scouting and impressive build was a product of our Events team. The pop-up, initially planned to last just two weeks, was such a success that Peloton ran it for a further three months. This can be attributed to our consistent and high-quality placement in key Health and Fitness titles and news pieces secured by our PR teams. This worked in tandem with an assortment of influencers, from different spheres, contracted by our Partnerships team, who trialled the bike and engaged over 50 million followers across the event. We gained a further foothold in the media landscape by placing Peloton’s Managing Director and other members of the team across a number of print and TV interviews, coached by our Media Relations team.
